Incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) under Registration No. 1243336, in accordance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the company provides a full range of travel-related services — Flight and Hotel Reservation, Travel Management, Visa Assistance, Holiday and Tour Packages, International School Admissions, Travel Insurance, and Logistics.
Our head office is located at God's Grace Plaza, Plot 164 Peter Odili Road, Opposite Trans-Amadi Gardens, Trans-Amadi Industrial Layout, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. We are a registered member of the National Association of Nigerian Travel Agencies (NANTA), Eastern Zone, a registered member of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), and an IATA Agent, approved on 1st December 2022.

Managing Director / CEO
A seasoned travel and tourism executive, entrepreneur, and industry advocate with over 20 years of experience in corporate travel management, tour operations, and destination marketing — leading one of Southern Nigeria's most recognized and trusted travel companies. Under her leadership, Folabod Travels and Tours has grown from a young company into a full-service agency delivering bespoke corporate travel, leisure tours, and destination management solutions.
She has served as NANTA's Public Relations Officer, Eastern Zone (2018–2022) and Welfare Officer (2022–2024), and is a member of the NANTA National Training Committee. At SKAL International Club Nigeria (Port Harcourt), she served as Public Relations Officer for four years and currently serves as the club's Vice President. She was recognized among the Top 100 Tourism Personalities in Nigeria (2018).

Oversees the company's Port Harcourt office. Holds a National Diploma in Marketing and brings over 20 years of private-sector experience to the company's leadership.
General Manager
Directs departmental activities across the company's Lagos and Rivers State offices. Holds a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance and an MBA, with over 15 years of industry experience.
Company Secretary / Legal Adviser
Oversees the secretarial and legal affairs of the company. Holds a Degree in Law with more than six years of legal experience.
